Where are you based?
Odyssey Online is based in Whanganui, New Zealand. Orders are packed and sent from New Zealand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed and sent within 1 business day. Delivery within New Zealand is usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Do you ship to rural addresses?
Yes. Rural delivery is available within New Zealand. Please choose the Rural / RD Address shipping option at checkout if your address is rural or includes an RD number.
If a rural address is submitted with the urban/standard option, we may contact you before dispatch to correct the delivery method. Rural delivery may cost more and can take a little longer to arrive.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes. We offer shipping to Australia. Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Is the jewellery sterling silver?
Hello Halo focuses on high-quality 925 sterling silver jewellery. Many pieces are stamped 925 and are made with protective finishes such as plating or e-coating, depending on the design. These finishes help improve shine, durability, and tarnish resistance for everyday wear.
We have also used this jewellery ourselves over a long period and have been happy with how well it wears. Please check each product page for the exact material, finish, and stone details, as some styles may include crystals, cubic zirconia, epoxy, plating, or other decorative elements.
Can earrings be returned?
For product safety reasons, earrings cannot usually be returned for change of mind once opened or worn. If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us so we can help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack jewellery carefully and use strong tin containers to help protect items during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will review it and make it right, which may include sending a replacement item or arranging a refund where appropriate.
How should I care for sterling silver jewellery?
Sterling silver is made for regular wear, and many Hello Halo pieces include protective finishes to support shine and tarnish resistance. As with all sterling silver jewellery, simple care can help pieces look their best for longer.
When not being worn, store pieces separately and clean gently with a suitable silver polishing cloth if needed.
