SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery

We pack and dispatch orders from our Whanganui, New Zealand studio within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping options

New Zealand
- Free standard NZ shipping on orders over NZ$80
- Free rural NZ shipping on orders over NZ$100
- Standard tracked shipping: NZ$7.99
- Rural tracked shipping: NZ$13.99

We send all New Zealand orders with NZ Post or CourierPost and provide a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Australia
- Standard international shipping to Australia: NZ$19.99
- Free shipping on Australia orders over NZ$200

Delivery to Australia usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Packing

Each piece arrives in our signature Hello Halo tin, ready to gift. We take care to package your jewellery securely to help protect it in transit.
