Refund policy

Returns
We hope you love your Hello Halo jewellery, but if you're not completely happy we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings or other pierced jewellery unless the item is faulty.

How to return
To start a return please contact us at info@odysseyonline.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, send the item back to us using a tracked service. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are non refundable. If your return is due to a fault we will also refund your shipping.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
