- refuse service where fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or other concerns arise
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on this website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes. If a product is listed at an incorrect price and you have placed an order, we may contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store your full card details.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia.
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving payment.
New Zealand shipping:
- Free standard shipping on New Zealand orders over NZ$80
- Free rural shipping on New Zealand orders over NZ$100
- Standard New Zealand shipping: NZ$7.99
- Rural New Zealand shipping: NZ$13.99
Australia shipping:
- Standard Australia shipping: NZ$19.99
- Free shipping on Australia orders over NZ$200
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:
- New Zealand: 1 to 2 business days
- Australia: 3 to 10 business days
Delivery estimates are guides only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier issues, customs processing, rural delivery, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an order contains multiple items, we may send them in one shipment or more than one shipment.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@odysseyonline.co.nz and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, we may accept a return in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided:
- the item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- the item is returned in original packaging where possible
- proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty.
Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet your rights under New Zealand consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand law.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time we may run promotions, discount codes, giveaways, or special offers.
Unless stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined
- discount codes must be applied at checkout
- promotions are not redeemable for cash
